Members of CPN might be interested in exploring Jamie Coull's agroafauxbia.com, a site that functions as an iterative creative work exploring notions of persona play in adulthood and the tensions of making private behaviours public.
Every two weeks Jamie will post on 'AgoraFaux Blog'. These entries will include reflexive self-narratives woven with analytical interpretation about play and imagination; about dressing up; about pretending; about privacy, about publicity; about fear and anxiety; about transformation; and about release.
These discussions will be generally framed around Jamie's interest in faux-drag, but are likely to spill over into other kinds of persona play.
Importantly, Jamie wants people to be involved in the conversation. Forum sessions will be opened following each fortnightly post with some discussion starters to break the ice.
On this site you will also find photographic and film records of Jamie's costume, make-up and character concepts.
